About EFT (Tapping)
Tapping is a powerful, well-researched, easy to learn and apply technique which is why it’s featured in toolboxtime™. It can help you with pain relief, heal childhood traumas, clear limiting beliefs, body image issues, fears and phobias. Most importantly, it gives you the power to heal yourself, putting control of your destiny back into your own hands. Tapping is a Meridian technique that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology – like acupuncture without the needles!
When you’re experiencing a negative emotional state—angry, upset or fearful— your brain goes on alert. It prepares your body to enter a full-blown, fight-or-flight response. Your adrenaline pumps, your muscles tense, and your blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar all rise to give you extra energy to meet the challenge.
Our cards provide a solution to address this. You’ll find on each card an example of a set up statement to get you started and an information card showing the tapping points. The information booklet contained in your toolboxtime™deck will provide you with further detail. Have 4 minutes? Here’s how you tap.
